Shruti Hassan dropped, Ileana D'Cruz signs Gabbar Singh?

Actress Ileana D'Cruz, the highest paid actress of the South Indian films, will replace Shruti Hassan in the forthcoming Telugu flick 'Gabbar Singh'.

The makers of the film have finally decided Ileana D'Cruz as the leading lady for the forthcoming Pawan Kalyan's starrer 'Gabbar Singh'. According to sources, producer Ganesh recently approached Ileana and offered her the female lead role at a meeting on the sets of her forthcoming Telugu movie with Allu Arjun and talked about his plans. The actress is likely to sign the project, which is expected to begin in December. Producer Ganesh, who is making the forthcoming Telugu movie with the budget of Rs. 40 crore, reportedly felt that the movie requires an A-list actress to play the female lead role, dropped Shruti from the upcoming film.
